Been through a bunch of proteins. Many had carrageenan (a cancer causing) emulsifier. Most proteins taste chalky, like disgusting artificial sweeteners, or turn into goopy messes b/c they don't blend well. This stuff is awesome! Reminds me of dairy queen milkshakes.
