Like all antioxidants do, anthocyanins help combat oxidative stress in the body, which can certainly occur after putting strain on the body’s muscles during a particularly challenging workout or activity.

Ingredients

1 cup frozen tart or sweet cherries

1/2 frozen ripe banana

1 cup water or milk of your choice

1 scoop BuiltByStrength Chocolate Whey

1 tbsp coconut oil

Optional Topping

whole cherries

coconut flakes

sliced almonds

chocolate chips

Instructions
