Makes – 4 PANCAKES
Ingredients
2 scoops Builtbystrength Vanilla Whey Protein
2 tablespoons gluten-free baking mix
2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 ripe medium banana, mashed
4 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk all of the dry ingredients together.
- In a separate bowl, combine the egg, mashed banana and almond milk.
- Combine the wet mixture slowly into the dry mix and gently stir until everything is combined.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Lightly spray with non stick oil. Pour 1/4-cup rounds of batter onto the skillet, and cook until bubbles appear on the surface, about 2 -3 minutes. Flip and cook the other side for 2- 3 minutes.
